A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Greenwood Reformed Church, 1815 Winton Ave., Kalamazoo, MI 49001, Rev Jonathan Loper officiating. Private interment will take place at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park – South. A time of visitation will take place at the church one hour prior to the service.

Age 76, passed away Friday, March 30, 2018. Carol was born in Kalamazoo on November 10, 1941, the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Fitzgerald) Elwen. In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Marvin J. Dieterman and her brother, Joseph Elwen. Carol is survived by her daughters, Julie (Erick) Boulter and Stacy Allen; son, Ron Fee; grandchildren, Lindsay (John) Ramlow, Steven Barry and Caden and Jasmine Boulter; great-granddaughter, Brooklynn Ramlow and several nieces and nephews.
