Age 81, passed away at Kairos Dwelling on August 11, 2017. Sandra was born in Vicksburg, Michigan on April 5, 1936; the daughter of the late Sydney Carleton and Helen Georgeanna (Hilles) Horsfall. She is survived by her children, Tracie (Rick) Tarnow and Michele (Robert) Vogel; step-children, Patricia Robbins-Packer, Richard Packer, Jr., Tammy (Jim) Packer-Leger and Randy (Krista) Packer; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Mildred (Jack) Bartholomew and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. Packer, Sr. on April 7, 2016; her son, Brad Bailey and her niece, Linda Gibson.
