Family will greet friends for a time of visitation on Thursday, November 21, 2019 beginning at 10:00 a.m, followed by a funeral service, with Pastor Greg Bishop officiating at Northeastern Baptist Church, beginning at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow. The church is located at 6536 East G Avenue, Kalamazoo, Michigan. David will be laid to rest with full military honors at Fort Custer National Cemetery on Thursday, November 21, at 2:30 p.m. Those wishing to attend the committal ceremony are encouraged to arrive at the cortege area no later than 2:15 p.m. Fort Custer National Cemetery is located at 15501 Dickman Road, Augusta, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Progressive Supra Nuclear Palsy Foundation, c/o the funeral home.
