A memorial service to celebrate Jacob’s all to short life will be held at Joldersma & Klein Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 1:00 PM. A time of visitation will take place at the funeral home one hour prior to the service, beginning at 12:00 PM. Memorial contributions in memory of Jacob may be given to Bronson Children’s Hospital.

Jennifer, I don't have the words to express how deeply Jacob's passing has has affected all who knew him. I don't presume to know how you feel but I will let you know that I'm offering my support in any way you may need. I'm praying peace for you and your family. My deepest condolences ❤
