Marian A. Porter

December 6, 1932 - June 27, 2021

A celebration of Marian’s life will take place at West Kalamazoo Christian Church, 454 S. Drake Road, Kalamazoo, MI 49009, on Thursday, July 8, 2021. Visitation will begin at 10:30 AM, followed by the service at 11:30 AM. Interment will be at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, Michigan. Memorial contributions may be made to the family, c/o of Sue Davis.

So sorry to hear of Marian's passing. My prayers are with the Porter family. So many memories are flooding through my mind of our friendship for so many years. All the wonderful times that Earl, Marian and George and I had. Rest in peace my dear friend!

Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Marian was such a sweet lady and always a joy to be around, she will be missed. (I will definitely miss her fudge!)

"Mom" Porter you made me smile every time I talked to you. I consider Shari a sister, and you my Traverse City mom. Our love to all the Porter family, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We will remember you fondly. Godspeed.
