Obituary
Age 47, died unexpectedly on Sunday evening, June 17, 2018. Jeff was born in Kalamazoo on November 10, 1970, the son of Jeffrey Waude and Judith Emery. He is survived by his children, Jordon, Brittany, Alexander and Jackson Emery; mother, Judith Emery; siblings, James, Jenifer and Joshua Emery; several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews; former wife and friend, Stephanie Emery; aunt, Pat Emery and many cousins. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Jeffrey and by his aunt, Brenda (Larry) Sager. Jeff had a strong work ethic and was currently employed as a diesel mechanic at Taplin Group and formerly employed at BFI as a mechanic. He was a fun-loving and reliable man, who was always willing to lend a helping hand and share his “jack of all trades” skills with friends and family alike.
You were a quiet, gentle soul and I’m going to miss you dearly. In the garden of memory, in the palace of dreams….that is where you and I shall meet. Rest in peace my fellow Scorpio.
You were such a good man I miss miss you so much I can’t believe your gone but you left behind so many memories lots of people including myself will never forget this is not good bye and I’ll see you again until then I love you and may you rest in peace.
Geoff was an amazing man. He would do anything for anyone at the drop of a hat and not even think twice. He made me feel loved and showed me what true happiness felt like. He also showed me what true pain felt like but he would say we need to have that to balance the scales in our lives. He loved to intimidate people he didn’t know but once you got to know him he showed that he had an amazing heart full of love and a very soft soul. I love you Geoff and will forever. Till we meet again…

Jeff, Wow I don’t have any words, heaven definitely gain an angel! I have so many memories of you from growing up and going to school to adulting the work world. You had the biggest heart! You would do anything for anybody. I will have that drink we talked about and order one for you! I will miss you! RIP
