Age 93, passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2017. Dick was born in Saginaw, Michigan on June 18, 1924; the son of the late Joseph and Irma (Johnson) Klenoski. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII and continued to serve in the Michigan Air National Guard, retiring as a Lt. Colonel after 26 years. Dick was also retired from the State of Michigan Department of Transportation. On December 31, 1944, he was united in marriage to the former Sally A. Novak, who preceded him in death in 2013. Dick is survived by his children, Kathleen A. (Malcolm) Risner, Richard C., Jr. (Linda), Michael J. (Bonny) and Brian D. Klenoski; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. |
