Age 82, passed away at home on March 30, 2023. Norma was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan on July 30, 1940, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Carrie (Tidd) Hawley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Harger and several siblings. Norma is survived by her children, Charles (Donna) Harger, Dorrie (Richard) Dolnik and Brenda (Roger) Nelson; nine grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. A private committal service will take place at East Cooper Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Heart Association.
