Age 73, passed away at home on Wednesday, May 31, 2017. Glenn was born in Comstock on May 13, 1944, the son of the late Glenn and Evelyn (Sutton) Curtis. Glenn remained in the Kalamazoo area and was always proud of his community. He was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather who will be missed. He was a hard worker who was employed by Graham Roofing and later retired from Sheriff Goslin Roofing. When not working, Glenn enjoyed being outdoors fishing, hunting, and snowmobiling; he was also an active golfer and bowler. He was very handy and took pride in repairing and re-selling anything with a motor. He especially enjoyed working on cars. Above all Glenn loved his family and his friends. He was extremely proud of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and tried hard to be at all their events. He leaves behind the legacy of a life well lived and the love of his family to carry on. On March 28, 1964, he married Patricia Curtis who survives. He is also survived by three children, Laura (Thad) Weaver, Lisa (Rob) Smith and Jaycee (Chris) Myner; several grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; his faithful dogs, Junior, Baby-Girl and Zoey.
