At the age of 48, Colleen Crampton fell into the arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ, on February 16, 2017, after a struggle with cancer. She was born on January 25, 1969, to Robert (deceased) and Cecilia Atchison. Colleen graduated from Galesburg-Augusta High School and worked for several years at WMU’s Miller Auditorium. Left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband, David Crampton; her mother, Cecilia Atchison of Florida; her brother, Robert Atchison IV (Kelly) of Louisiana; in-laws: Annalee and James Henning of Schoolcraft, Ronald and Sandra Crampton of Saginaw, and brother-in-law, James Henning Jr. (Tina) of Kalamazoo; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Colleen had a special talent for art, compassion and love for people, and a love of nature and animals. | |
