Marcia Dash

On September 2nd, at the age of 82, Marcia Dash (DeValle) passed away peacefully under the compassionate care of Centrica Hospice.

Marcia was a quiet and determined woman, known for her perseverance and
never shying away from hard work. Children were naturally drawn to her, and her nieces and nephews fondly remember weekends spent with “Aunt Mart” at Grandma‘s house watching late night tv and sharing pizza.

She and her husband, Ed Dash, who preceded her in death, shared a love of antiques for many years. Together they bought and sold at local shows and events building connections in the community through their appreciation of antiques. Beyond her quiet life at their farm house and in the antiques trade, she was a gifted artisan, creating dolls, stuffed animals, rustic crafts, and intricate miniature dollhouses. Her creations reflected her creativity, patience, and love of detail, and remain lasting treasures. She will be remembered with love.
