Sylvain C. Lorente

Sylvain Carlos Lorente age 64 of Marshall passed away early Thursday morning March 26, 2026. Sylvain was born in Montreal, Canada on May 1, 1961, the son of Francois and Jeannette (Taillon) Lorente. Sylvain was a self-proclaimed artist and was very good at drawing. He enjoyed building models and going on bike rides. Although he faced many challenges in life, he always made the best of things and was deeply loved by all who knew him. Sylvain is survived by his mother, Jeannette (Michel) Dechape; siblings, Miguel Lorente, Patricia (Kellie) Beach; and his favorite niece, Ashley (George) Dekle; and many friends. Sylvain was preceded in death his father.
