Claudia J. Lantto

Claudia J. Lantto age 91 of Milford, Michigan passed away April 3, 2026, at Vineyard Assisted Living. Claudia was born January 21, 1935 in Ypsilanti the daughter of Gordon and Janet (Brown) Fourne. She graduated from Cooley High School in Detroit and was a former Brownie and Girl Scout Leader. In 1954 Claudia was united in marriage to Delbert F. Lantto who preceded her in death on February 15, 2021. Also preceding her in death are her parents; son, Timothy Lantto; daughter, Karen Keehn. Surviving are her children, Charles (Gerianne) Lantto, Janet Lantto; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A death has occurred and everything is changed by this event.

We are painfully aware that life can never be the same again; that yesterday is over; that a relationship once rich has ended.
But there is another way to look upon this truth.
If life went on the same without the presence of the one who has died, we could only conclude that the life we have lost made no contribution, filled no space, meant nothing.
The fact that this individual left behind a place that cannot be filled is a high tribute to this individual.
Life can be the same after a trinket has been lost but never after the loss of a TREASURE.
