Eric DeKoekkoek

Age 36, went to meet Jesus on October 10, 2016. Eric was born on May 30, 1980, the son of Dennis DeKoekkoek and Robin Dole-Diebold. He was a very gifted young man who loved to draw and sing. Though he faced many struggles, he had a faithful heart and cheerful disposition. He was very involved at the Westwood Friendship Club at Westwood Christian Reformed Church, where he made many friends. He had a strong faith in the Lord and his kind smile will be missed by family and friends. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother and stepfather, Robin (Tom) Dole-Diebold; siblings, Robert, Kara, Thomas and Timothy; a stepmother, Colleen DeKoekkoek; two step-brothers, David and Brian Pierce; grandparents, Bob (Mary) DeKoekkoek and Ortha Dole; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends, Kathy Visker, Don Visker and Dan Hendriksen. He was preceded in death by his father Dennis DeKoekkoek.
