Age 78, passed away on Monday, June 27, 2016 with her family by her side. Phyllis was born in Kalamazoo on October 12, 1937 to the late Walter and Wreta (Dolbee) Paradine. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Thomas Cope, Sr. and Edward Black; daughter, Rose “Sis” Marie Cope and siblings, Leo Paradine, Mary Miller, Shirley Lewis, Fran Frey, Ruth McNett and Lynn Heath. Phyllis is survived by her children, Thomas, Jr. (Susan) Cope, Myra (Mike) Rose and Billie Lynn Christner; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; brother, Don (Pat) Paradine and sister, Barb Wigent. | |
