Age 83, passed away at Kairos Dwelling Home on Monday, January 14, 2019. She was born in Kalamazoo, the daughter of the late Melvin and Reta (Jaseph) Buell. Shirley was a lifelong resident of Kalamazoo. She was a hard worker and was employed for many years in banking. When not working, Shirley enjoyed the peace and quiet of being at home. She was a gentle woman who will be missed by her family and friends. She was united in marriage to Wayne T. Hale who preceded her in passing a daughter, Teri Hale and four sisters, Geraldine “Gerry”, Virginia, Mary and Beverly. Shirley is survived by two brothers, Francis and Duane Buell; many nieces, nephews and other family. | |
