Age 80, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2019. Diane was born in Byron Center, Michigan on October 24, 1938, the daughter of the late John P. and Marie R. (Alspaugh) Stradinger. Diane received her master’s degree from Rutgers University. She was a life-long educator, an avid reader and accomplished writer. Diane was also a fan of the University of Michigan. She is survived by her sons, Christopher and David (Isabel Hinrichsen) Russell; granddaughters, Miriam (Aaron) Hamilton, Alicia (Florian) Dienerowitz and Helena (Philippe) Russell-da Costa; five great-grandchildren; sister, Patricia Hendrix; brothers, Michael (Debra), Kevin (Mary) and Kelly (Dorothy) Stradinger; and many nieces and nephews. | |
