Visitation will take place at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice. |

Age 26, passed suddenly on Sunday, September 15, 2019. Chase was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan on April 25, 1993. He is survived by his mother, Sherry Lentz; father, James (Bonnie Anderson) Lentz; sister, Jennifer (Catherine Reeser) Lentz; grandparents, Jean Kilgore and Sandra and Gerald Lentz; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and numerous extended family members and close friends. Chase was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gerald Kilgore and uncles, Robert Kilgore and Frank Huntley. | |
