Burdick St. The family will have a private graveside service later in the week at Ft. Custer National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Kairos Dwelling, c/o the funeral home. |

Age 94, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2019. Louis was born on October 5, 1925, in Kalamazoo, the son of Archie and Muriel (Church) Irons. He proudly served his nation in the U.S. Army. He worked for many years as a body shop man. Louis enjoyed his family, especially at family cookouts. Surviving are his children, Joyce (Jeff Edsinga) Buckallew of Kalamazoo, Tim Irons of Kalamazoo, and Ashley (Robert) Loher of Kalamazoo; 5 grandchildren; brother, Marvin Newton of California. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Glen and Gordon Irons, and a sister, Wilda Irons. | |
