Age 85, passed away on January 23, 2020. Marcia was born on March 11, 1934 in Racine, WI, the daughter of Gilbert and Claribel (Lightner) Jackson. Marcia had an eye for interior decorating, as well as an eye for fashion and style. She will be remembered as being an elegant woman. Marcia is survived by her children, Kevin O’Neill of Kankakee, IL, and Kellie O’Neill of Sheboygan, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Gilbert Jackson. | |
