Age 79, passed away on Saturday morning, January 15, 2022, following a long illness. Tom was born in Kalamazoo, on August 16, 1942, the son of Jerry Paul and Johanna Regina (Stam) Adams. Tom was a long-time employee of Goggin Rentals. He enjoyed fishing with his dad and other family members. He was a music lover and especially liked the Beatles. He loved live bands. He was an avid bowler and played on multiple leagues. Tom had a great sense of humor and liked telling jokes and making people laugh. He was tall (6’6”) dark and handsome and enjoyed the company of the opposite sex. Tom is survived by his daughter, Paulette Rieger of Kalamazoo; grandchildren, Zachariah (Chelsea) Rieger, Alexander Rieger (who tended to him day and night over the past several months), Nicolas Rieger, Benjamin Rieger; great-grandchildren, Anthony Rieger, Amber-Mae Rieger, Ivy Rose Rieger; brother, Paul (Barb) Adams, niece, Christy Adams; many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. |
