Age 94, passed away on Sunday night, January 16, 2022. Mary was born in Council Bluffs, IA, the daughter of Edward and Helen (Conklin) Bruce. On January 21, 1950, she married Irwin L. Turner who preceded her in death in 2019. Mary loved knitting and crocheting. She loved her cats. Most of her life was devoted to raising and caring for her family. Mary is survived by her son, David Turner of Portage; daughter Phyllis (William) Cornell of Vicksburg; 4 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Leora Varricchio; and many friends. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Bruce Turner. | |
