DELISO, Gary P.
Gary Patrick DeLiso was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He passed away on October 8, 2022, at age 71, after a battle with a serious medical issue. He showed courage in facing this life challenge with a sense of humor and upbeat attitude until the end.

Gary was born to Joseph and Theresa (DeFazio) DeLiso on March 17, 1951 and was the eldest of five boys. He had two children, Melissa and Ryan, to whom he passed his love of music (from Alice Cooper to Zappa) and classic cars. He loved history, randomly quoting music lyrics and movies, and you would rarely catch him without wearing one of his signature flannel shirts. His “bubbly and effervescent” persona will be truly missed.

Gary is survived by his children, Melissa (Christopher) Ellis and Ryan (Susan) DeLiso, five grandchildren: Sebastian, Alexander, Helena, Lilian, and Madeline, and his loving brothers: Alan, Michael (Sherry), Gregory, and Brian. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Gary’s final wishes will be respected by his family and a tree will be planted in his honor.
