Pamela Livingston Daniel

Beloved wife of George, Pamela passed away November 14, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on March 12, 1952 in Kalamazoo to the late Robert and Muriel (Vos) Daniel. A graduate of Comstock High School, she lived in Portage for many years. She is also survived by her sister Dianne, children Megan (Jay) Bridgeman and Darien (Kate) Smith, beloved grandchildren Taylor, Ellie and Troy. She was preceded in death by her sister Julie Gretzinger. Pam worked at Upjohn and was an expert optician. Throughout her life and up to its very end, Pam impressed all who encountered with her positive, resourceful and frankly noble character. Her many Singing Sands friends attest to her charismatic nature and her love of Lake Michigan. Her greatest legacy is in the strength of her children and grandchildren. Special thanks to her many dedicated nurses who comforted her and to her dear physicians, Dr. Graham, Dr. Chandana, and PA-C Steve Stone.
