Warren G. Popp, age 82, died on Friday, July 8, 2018, after a short illness. Warren was born on October 26, 1935, in Leelanau County, MI, the son of Ruben and Josephine (Chouinard) Popp. He was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He is survived by his wife, Bette; step-sons, Daniel (Suzanne) Popp of Richland, Jeffrey (Michele) Popp of Mattawan and Joseph Popp of Portage; four grandchildren; a sister, Marian (Stan) Sanford; and many nieces and nephews. The family is planning a private service at a later date.
