Patricia Jeannene Rop

Patsy passed away unexpectedly Thursday, November 8, 2018. Patsy was born on January 17, 1933 in Plainwell, Michigan, the youngest daughter of Alexander and Eva M (Reno) Lister.  Spending summers on the family farm, Patsy developed a great love of all animals, and since childhood was seldom without a cat or dog in her life.  Patsy was preceded in death by her husband and best friend of 55 years, Claus Rop, Jr., her parents and her sisters, Nadiene Cobb and Mary Belle Snyder.  Survivors include her sons, Dusty, who devotedly cared for his Mother for the last eleven years, Steven and Michael, two special nieces, Kathy and Laurie and two  cousins, Connie and Sue Ellen.  Patsy was a loving Mother and will be deeply missed.
