Age 68, passed away at Bronson Methodist Hospital on November 28, 2018. Barb was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan on April 29, 1950, the daughter of Mike and Dorothy (Mohler) Brown. On July 19, 1968, she married the love of her life, Roy A. Penny, Sr., who survives. They shared over 50 years of happiness together. Barb is also survived by her children, Matthew Noteboom, Ann (Adam) Weeks, Roy, Jr. (Carla Breton) Penny, Victor Penny and Mary Freiberg; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and several siblings. Barb was preceded in death by her parents, Mike and Dorothy; step-father, Victor Brown and several siblings. | |
