Age 59, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2015, at her home with family at her side. Deborah was born in Flint, Mi, on February 3, 1956, the daughter of the late Thomas and Sally (Torrey) Faulkner. She was also preceded in passing by a sister, Norma Nuyen. She moved to Comstock at a young age and would always call it home. On November 4, 1987, she married the love of her life James Nuyen who survives. She is also survived by her loving children, Thomas Cook, David (Angie) Cook, Michael (Stacy) Cook, Krista Nuyen, and Kelsea Nuyen; seven grandchildren, Alexis, David, Kayla, William, Anthony, Jada, Mikey; a sister, Sherry Eckman; brother, Patrick Faulkner; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Deborah loved being outdoors, near and around nature and water. She was an avid fisherwoman and enjoyed mushroom hunting. She was a hard worker and homemaker and tried hard to provide for her family. Deborah also enjoyed traveling and taking vacations with Jim. Above all, she loved her family and her grandchildren, and she leaves them with many wonderful memories to cherish. |
