No services are planned at this time. Following cremation, interment will be at Mount Ever-Rest Memorial Park South. Contributions in Barbara’s memory may be made to Unity Church of Kalamazoo or Planned Parenthood of Michigan.

Sending sincere sympathy and hugs to you, Alida, and to all Barbara’s family and friends. I have so many good memories of our days at the co-op and the great guidance you provided, Alida. This obituary is a great tribute to Barbara’s life and her many contributions and achievements. I know you and Barbara had a good life together, and I am so sorry for your loss.

Alida, I am so very sorry for your loss. Barbara was a great person and I am so happy that you had so many years with her. A few of us met for dinner in St. Joe in February and we mentioned how much we miss you.
