Burial Date April 21, 2025

A funeral service to honor David’s life will be held at Joldersma & Klein Funeral Home, 917 S. Burdick St. Kalamazoo, MI 49001, on Monday, April 21, 2025, beginning at 12:00 pm, with Dr. Dan Farnol officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 11:00 am, one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery in Kalamazoo. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission, c/o the funeral home.

My condolences to the people that David had in his world. I so appreciate the honesty and transparency of David's obituary. I did not know him, but like every other child of God he had his struggles. You seldom read of the person's struggles....but we all have them and it's good to know we are not alone. I so appreciate the message of HIS Faith. How people function in this world without a Savior is beyond my comprehension. God Bless You that remain with the memories. Thank you for TRUTH.

Josiah and Grace, My deepest sympathy to you and your family. My brother and I had disputes from an early age, but that is not what matters. He has children and grandchildren who he loved and I am sure there are many fond memories to keep him within your hearts. I hope that you find strength with each other through these difficult times.
