Evelyn and our Mom (Marie Kiewiet) were long-time close friends. All through the years we kept in contact. Evelyn and Ray “Pop” were like an Aunt and Uncle to us 5 Kiewiet kids. We have so many wonderful memories of our great times we shared. Our Dad (Joe Kiewiet) was their Santa at the Silver Star Rink for many years. Our family always felt so Blessed and privileged to have been a part of their lives. We really had fun with them. Evelyn would always surprise us with her knitted mittens and new Pajamas. Evelyn was really special and loved by our family, and will forever be in our hearts. The 5 Kiewiet “kids”—- Joan Sitkiewicz (Kiewiet) Bob Kiewiet Dennis Kiewiet Carol Wheeler(Kiewiet) David Ray Kiewiet (named after Raymond Holmes)
