Age 62, passed away at Bronson Hospital on December 29, 2024. He was born in Kalamazoo on June 26, 1962, the son of David Clearwaters and Carolyn M. Altoft. Greg was kind, loving and a joy to know. Raised in Southwest Michigan, he loved being outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed the peace of God’s world and a great “fisherman’s tale”. He was the proud father of two children and did his best to provide for them. Greg leaves behind many wonderful memories to be cherished and he will be missed by those who loved him. He is survived by his son, Chad A. Clearwaters; daughter, Crystal (Chad Moman) Clearwaters; five grandchildren; mother, Carloyn Altoft; extended family and friends. He was preceded in passing by his father, David Clearwaters; siblings, David Altoft and Patricia Clearwaters.
