July 21, 1933 - March 28, 2022

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Joldersma & Klein Funeral Home, 917 S. Burdick St. Friends may call on the family one hour prior to the service at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 p.m.  Helen will be laid to rest at Mt. Ever Rest Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Parkinson’s Foundation, or Arthritis Foundation, c/o the funeral home.

i am a former school mate of Helen and we shared an apartment after gtaduation. we still kept in touch until just a few years ago when I didnt know where she was . I am so sorry to hear of her passing. she was a good friend.

Been a friend of Sue since kindergarten. Remember several days spent at the house on Springmont. Thoughts and prayers to the family.

Helen and I were friends for almost 50 years, meeting at Faith Reformed Church when on Milham Road. We were in Bible study together. She was my prayer support person through good and bad. We went to our first quilting class together at Washington Square library. In recent years she was active in our Faith Quilting group, helping make about 200 lap quilts which were gifted. I will miss her friendship and humor. Marilyn Meints
