Age 77 passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Janet was born in Kalamazoo, on December 23, 1946, the daughter of John Franklin and Evelyn Iola (Wells) Myers. She was married to Raymond Beach who preceded her in death in 2015. Janet was a hard worker who retired from the United States Postal Service. She continued to stay busy volunteering for Meals on Wheels and various hospice organizations. She also took time to enjoy the simple things in life and loved feeding the birds and squirrels that would come to the door to eat out of her hand. Janet’s kind smile and loving nature will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her children, Michael (Terrie) Miller; step-children, Terri (Rick) Eichorn, Dan (Leslie) Beach, Randy (Pam) Beach, Kelly (Betsy) Beach; grandchildren, Kristen, Joshua, Jessica, Cooper, Chandler, Parker, Thomas and Lysa; several great-grandchildren; sister, Joan Golsky; brother, John Myers, Jr.; many nieces, nephews and countless friends. Besides her husband, Janet was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Joyce Mitchell; granddaughter, Michelle Beach; and beloved dog, Lexi Rae.
