September 9, 1969 - March 24, 2025

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Joldersma & Klein Funeral Home, 917 S. Burdick St., Kalamazoo. Friends may call on the family one hour prior to the service at the funeral home, beginning at 1:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Kalamazoo Gospel Ministries or Wings of Hope Hospice, in c/o the funeral home.

I just happened to see this as I was looking at some other obituaries. I am in complete shock but so, so happy for Janna. I can only imagine how excited she was to see Jan, David, Dan, and especially Jesus. I have no doubt she had some questions for Him but I can also imagine how she stood in front of Him and just smiled and laughed that deep Janna laugh! I loved that girl so much and have been thinking a lot about her lately; now I know why. Thank you for posting all of these pictures of her. Praying for all of you during this continued time of grieving her. She was one-of-a-kind and I look forward to seeing her again someday. Love y'all!!!!!!!!!!!

To Deb and Family, So sorry to hear about your sister's death. I know it has been a long journey for you and your family. You did so much for your sister over the years and I'm sure she appreciated all the efforts you made to give her a good life. I am hopeful you are able find peace in the midst of your loss. I'm blessed to have known and loved Janna. She's been on my side, cheering me on and caring for me, as her mom once did as my dear friend and mentor. I'll miss her smile, her teasing, and her hugs. Till we meet again, Janna.
