Age 65, passed away February 28, 2022. Jeff was born in Brookville, PA, on October 10, 1956, the son of France Milton and Betty (Niel) Smith. Jeff was a long-time employee of Theo & Stacy’s where he worked as a cook.  In his work there, he took special pride in the big Thanksgiving dinners they would host. He had been a dog dad many times and he loved every dog he owned. He lived a simple life and will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Jeff is survived by his mother Betty L. Garrett of Climax; siblings, Raymond Fred Wells, Cynthia Siders, Melissa Hatfield, Lorrie (Mark) Wilson, Scott Smith; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father; and his brother, Mike Smith.
