Age 55, after a courageous battle with cancer, passed away at her home, surrounded by loved ones on March 3, 2024. She was born on September 14, 1968, in Kalamazoo, MI, the daughter of Clara Snelling (Bloomfield) and Art Sullivan. Jodi was the pillar of her family. She was the essence of grace, kindness, and selflessness. Despite her diagnosis, she radiated love and joy, she never let it define her. She was a fighter and was the epitome of positivity, illuminating every room with the radiant spirit. Her compassion knew no bounds, and her unwavering strength and support touched countless lives. Her life was lived for her family and for serving others. She cherished special moments and created a life of beautiful memories with her children, niece, nephew, great-niece and great-nephew. Jodi’s smile, laughter and uplifting spirit will be missed by those who loved her. She is survived by two children, Clairisa “Clair” Laws and Cody Laws; parents, Clara (Jerry) Snelling and Arthur Sullivan; sister, Julie Sullivan; niece, Brittany (Corey) Thompson; nephew, Ben (Amber) Diaz; great-niece and nephew, Izzy and Rudy Diaz; grandmother, Grayce; many beloved aunts and uncles, extended family and friends.
