Age 56, passed away on Saturday evening, February 26, 2022. Jon was born in Kalamazoo on September 17, 1965, the son of Wayne E. and Joyce E. (Keast) Pountain. Jon was a sportsman and enjoyed fishing and golfing. He was always present to help anyone who needed help. Jon is survived by his mother, Joyce Pountain of Portage; siblings, Deanna (Mike) Shumaker of Hudson, FL, Sandra (Hugh) Davis of Eagle River, AK, Gary (Miriam) Pountain of Portage, Michael Pountain of Portage, Brenda (David) Hill of Richland and Carla (Brian) Davis of Albuquerque, NM; several nieces and nephews and many friends. Jon was preceded in death by his father.
