A Celebration of Life is being planned for a date and time to be announced shortly. Kim will be laid to rest next to her parents at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, in c/o the funeral home.

Age 62, passed away late Thursday night, November 17, 2022. Kim was born in Kalamazoo, on August 29, 1960 the daughter of Frank and Annette (Marr) Forbes. Before she became ill, Kim enjoyed cooking. One of her favorite dishes was crab legs. She enjoyed riding Harleys. She always enjoyed her time with her grandchildren. Kim is survived by her daughters, Annie Olm of Battle Creek and Casey (Ben) Crooks of Gobles; grandsons Dakota (Madison Johnson) Forbes, Dylan Olm, Silas Crooks, and Jaeden Hinton; granddaughter, Rowan Lee; great-grandchild, Lily Forbes; siblings, Sherry (Clyde Caron) Markham, Mary (Denny) Cook, Tara (Bruce) DeHaan; several nieces and nephews, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and Casey’s father, Lee Piazza.
