The family will receive friends at Joldersma & Klein Funeral Home on Thursday, April 10, 2025, beginning at 1:00 pm. A graveside service will follow at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park beginning at 2:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kalamazoo Humaine Society, c/o the funeral home.

Dearest Aunt Lil, I have many fond memories of visiting you, Uncle Guy and Gill in Michigan with my parents & siblings when I was in elementary/middle school in the 1060's!! I remember fishing in the pond in your backyard and the tree swing! Sweet childhood memories. I remember the A frame cabin you and Uncle Guy had, and the lovely meal we enjoyed shortly after I was married in 1976. You were always very gracious and welcoming. Thank you so much for being a wonderful part of my life story. Rest in Peace. Love and prayers, Mary Kittelson Engle
