No public services are planned. Lowell will be laid to rest at the Memorial Gardens in Manchester, KY. Memorial contributions may be made to Centrica Care Navigators, in c/o the funeral home.

Lowell will be dearly missed. He was the best neighbor ever! He gave us so many good memories and we learned a lot from him. He loved his family fiercely. Our thoughts are with you all. ❤️

He was a great neighbor to my dad. Shortly after my dad’s passing he came over with his pen and notebook asking how we were all doing. Such a great man. He will be missed.
