A funeral service to honor his life will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at First United Methodist Church, 212 Park St. Kalamazoo, MI 49007, with Rev. Matt Weiler officiating. The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 10:00 a.m. one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kalamazoo Township Westwood Association or the American Cancer Society, c/o the funeral home.

I knew Mark for over 30years, I first met Mark when I was working at Total Living Center way back 1989 I think it was. He was an EMT and I was a LPN. He always had a smile and had a great personality. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends 🙏

My condolences to Mark’s family. I worked with Mark many years ago at Mall City and I would see him occasionally at different fire department training classes. Rest In Peace Brother. Duane Woodman Climax Township Fire (Ret.)
