Age 74, passed away at Centrica Rose Arbor Place, on December 3, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Kalamazoo on June 6, 1951, the daughter of the late Derald and Elizabeth (Tyler) Blake. Mary was kind, loving and generous. Her smile and warmth will be missed by all who loved her. She graduated high school from Galesburg-Augusta High School, Class of 1969 and furthered her education at Western Michigan University. She was a hard worker who held positions as a teacher, banker and technical writer. In April of 1979, she married the love of her life Stanley E. Kozloski. They made their home in Galesburg on the family farm. Mary loved being outdoors, working in the flower and vegetable gardens. She was a fantastic baker and her “Christmas treats” were always delightful. Though Mary never had children she was a loving and dedicated aunt who made a point to be involved in the lives of her family. Mary was an exceptional quilter and would often share her completed works with those in need. Above all she loved her family and leaves behind the legacy of a life well lived. She is survived by her husband Stan; three brothers, Robert (Ruth) Blake, James (Sandra) Blake, Todd (Terri) Blake; brother-in-law, Steve Kozloski; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
