Age 84, passed away late Monday afternoon, February 6, 2023. Michael was born in Kalamazoo on October 17, 1938, the son of William E. and Edith M. (Smith) Wyant. Michael graduated from Kalamazoo Christian High School, and worked in shipping and receiving for more than 20 years at The Shakespeare Company. He also worked for Boylan Sales. In his spare time he enjoyed watching football and baseball. He was also an avid reader. Michael is survived by his sons, Thomas S. Wyant of Kalamazoo, Mark P. (Kim) Wyant of Waldorf, MD, Timothy M. Wyant of Schoolcraft and David M. Wyant of Kalamazoo; grandchildren, Alexandria Gauthier of Kalamazoo and David Wyant of Portage; 2 great-grandchildren; brother, Gordon R. Wyant of Grand Haven; sister, Jacqueline R. Seager of Spartanburg, SC: many nieces and nephews and friends. Michael was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, William S. Wyant
