Mitchell 'Mitch' Misiasz

May 14, 1983 - July 23, 2024

Cremation has taken place and a memorial gathering to honor Mitch’s life will be held at Joldersma and Klein Funeral Home, 917 S. Burdick St. Kalamazoo, MI 49001, on Saturday, August 3, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be given to Integrated Services of Kalamazoo, or CARES of Kalamazoo (https://caresswm.org/donate/), envelopes available at the funeral home.

Meggie and the Misiasz Family - I’m so very sorry to hear of Mitch’s passing. I knew Mitch from high school and college. I remember Mitch as fun, funny, and someone that enriched the lives around him. He was such a kind and good natured man. My heart is heavy for you and you have my sincere condolences.

Mitch was such a wonderful, loving, kind and funny person. His laugh and sense of humor would light up a room. I met Mitch when he worked on my family blueberry farm and we instantly became friends. He stayed at my house one time for a few days to take care of my sick dog while I worked, never asking for anything in return. He always showed up for his people! I was devastated to hear this news. He had so many friends who will miss him terribly.
