Age 77, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021. Norm was born in Saginaw, on September 8, 1943, the son of Norman and Irene (Roggmann) Dommer. He proudly served in the United States Navy for six years. He loved dogs, especially his own dog, Susie. Norm worked for many years as a long-distance truck driver and later just drove more locally. His work never got in the way of being a good father to his son, and he will be remembered as being a loving and devoted father. Norm is survived by his son, Dr. Matthew (Eva) Dommer of Mattawan; grandchildren, Lucas and Claire; sister, Marge (Wally) Krass; niece, Dawn (Daryl) McPhail; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
