Above all Phillis was a woman of faith and of love and she leaves behind the legacy of a life well lived. She is survived by her loving husband Harris Sr.; sons, Duwane Tuttle, Harris (Meadow) Tuttle Jr.; siblings, Judy Evans, Betty Hastings, Barbara Halder; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
