Uncle Harris, Duwane, and lil Harris.... Aunt Philly was the brightest light amongst us all. Her wit, compassion, creativity and love surrounded us and kept us together. From the Christmas parties, family reunions and birthdays, to the football games out in the front yard in Parkville, the never ending reminders where we will be playing or our children will be participating she was always there... Her light may have dimmed on earth, but she transitioned into a brighter beacon we can reflect upon. May you find peace knowing she is no longer in pain. No one will understand the impact she left on so many of us as she has touched each of us in different ways. She was a fighter through and through. I will always enjoy the times me and my children spent with her... I will remember her voice, her laugh, her hugs. Today we all will search for a new normal but for now, I will remember her for being my Aunt Harris.
