Burial Date March 4, 2021

A funeral service to honor her life will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, March 4, 2021, beginning at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Jim Dyke officiating. The family will greet friends at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 AM, one hour prior to the service. Phyllis will be laid to rest with her husband John at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be given to the charity of one’s choice, c/o the funeral home.
