In accordance with his wish cremation will take place and a private memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kalamazoo Humane Society, c/o the funeral home.

Age 60, passed away at Bronson Hospital on June 14, 2024. He was born in Kalamazoo, MI, on May 28, 1964, the son of Robert Sr. and Wilda Jean (Stratton) Buck. He graduated from Paw Paw High school and went on to earn an associate degree. He worked and lived in Southwest Michigan. Robert was kind and loving and a joy to know. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching the Detroit Lions and Chicago Cubs. He loved music and had fun attending rock concerts. He was crafty and was interested in making jewelry from coins. Robert Jr. had a fondness for animals and was close with the family beagles especially “Hunter”. Above all Robert loved his family and he will be missed. He is survived by a daughter, Hannah Dawes; sister, Kimberly (Dale) Chapman; father, Robert Sr.; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in passing by his mother, Wilda “Jean”.
